The pandemic set building works back and it’s now due to be completed in 2024. When it is complete, King’s Cross rental apartments like those in the luxuriously amenitised Enclave building (just 7 minutes walk away from Google UK) are likely to be in high demand, so you may want to get in there sooner rather than later….
