Mobile app
We have an excellent and fast option through our Bupa México App, where you can review everything related to your policy and coverage.
Download the application on your smartphone or tablet and log in with your user data.

In the “My insurance” section, you will find the option to start the process if you require it.
Website
Access the Bupa website and log in to “My Bupa”.
In the “My policies” section, you will find the options to activate your insurance in case of an eventuality.
Telephone Contact
• If your plan is Bupa Nacional Plus, call 01 (52) 55 5202 1701, for medical attention choose option 4.
• For service in the US, press option 3 and to choose a national product, press option 2.
• For service anywhere else in the world, press 4. To choose a national product, press option 2.
• If your plan is Bupa Nacional Vital, call 55 6826 9296, options 1 and 2.
• Once you select the national product in option 2, you can choose any of the following services:
• If you require an ambulance, check option 1.
• To request Medical Assistance in case of sudden serious illness and/or accident, choose option 2.
• If you need any other assistance, press option 3.
Provide your policy number and details of the emergency and follow the instructions of our advisors, they will go hand in hand with you and help you manage the medical care and necessary procedures.
In any of our contact channels, provide the necessary information:
• Policy number: This number can be found on your insurance card or in your contract.
• Insured information: You must provide the information of the insured who requires medical attention, such as full name, date of birth.
• Description of the event: Briefly explain the reason why you need to activate your insurance, for example, an illness, an accident or hospitalization.
• Medical center information: If you are already in a medical center, you must provide its name, address and telephone number.
Once you have provided all the necessary information, we will verify your insurance coverage and authorize the medical care you require.
In some cases, you may be asked for additional documentation. Once your insurance is activated, we will track medical expenses according to the conditions of your policy.
Additional recommendations
• Have your insurance card and insurance contract handy.
• Inform Bupa as soon as possible about the eventuality.
• Provide all the information requested clearly and precisely.
• Save receipts and invoices for medical expenses.
